Homemade Teething Cookies

Start with your favorite quick bread recipe. I used pumpkin bread (see previous post).  I omitted the sugar and chocolate chips and baked a loaf as directed.

I then sliced the bread and put cut side down on a pan.  To make the cookies hard, you can either put them in the oven on 150 overnight or re-bake them 10 minutes on each side when still warm (like biscotti).

Baby approved.
